The lighting of the High Rise Building plot 1.15 maintains a strong focus on the project’s visual impact as seen from the city and distant approaches. The design emphasises the architectural forms and combination of materials. Facade lighting visually enhances the unique architectural form through a combination of a strong glow of light emanating from the vertical wadi space and graphic accentuation of the perimeter facetted edges by a line of light. Lines of light define the triangular branded zones at the top of the towers as well as the gap between the vertical tower masses leading down to the main entrance. The impact from distant perspectives is distinctive and distinguished, integrated and refined. The lighting system uses the latest fitting and lamp technologies to emphasise efficiency, sustainability and maintainability.
