The building is a semi-detached Victorian house, situated in North West London. It is a full refurbishment of a five storey house including a new basement and a rear extension to provide additional space for a cinema room, pool, spa and gym facilities.

As part of the key concept the entertainment zones in the basement are provided with mood contemporary lighting, integrated colour change lighting and a disco DMX light feature. The upper floors, in contrary, were to be kept traditional, merely enhancing historic building elements such as ceilings and windows.

As another important part of the building, the skylights are accentuated with cove lighting during the dark hours. The landscape scope involves functional, yet pronounced lighting to the entrance, maintaining a low-key impact to the surrounding area.
