The design goal for the tower is to create an iconic lighting design to be defined as the Light of Manila. This goal will be achieved by a combination of various design aspects such as creating a light which is outstanding from the city’s context by height, contrast and shape.

The lighting design functions as a landmark for orientation and literally navigation for Manila’s inhabitants and becomes a part of the city’s identity.

The 36 floor tower contains a gallery, a public museum and observatory, a conference center, restaurants and dining facilities as well as attractive office spaces.
